First of all, Happy New Year! The Embelleze Europa team wishes you a good year! May it be a year with much more lightness and beauty - in all aspects - for everyone 💜 And for that, we know that it is necessary to follow some steps, especially with regard to self-care. So, during the month of January, we are going to list 21 tips for you to have plenty of beauty from the inside out, and from the outside in. Check out the first seven:
1. Sleep well:
It is scientifically proven: a good night's sleep contributes to a good regeneration of the body, to a good functioning of the organism, to wake up in a good mood the next day, in addition to preventing numerous diseases. 6 to 8 hours of sleep a day is recommended.
2. Feed your body:
Our body works together. A good night's sleep is useless if you don't eat well. And it's not about diets that always appear in New Year's resolutions. Here, the focus is on feeding your body to nourish it with the very best. We are what we eat! We can see the reflexes, positive or negative, of feeding on the wires, as we eat in a more or less nutritious way. It is common, at the beginning of the year, to be excited about the new and all the possibilities. But as important as desiring new things is planning to make it all happen. Set goals but also have mini-tasks so you can reach each step, day after day. And remember to include all aspects of life - including that new look you wanted so much, or finally joining the Hair Transition or having a more assiduous hair care routine, for example.
Once the planning phase is over, it's time for action! Here, we strongly recommend that you care more about consistency and frequency of activities than anything else. The speed at which you materialize is nothing without frequency. This is how good and new habits are born.
5. Drink water
